Using journey mapping, service blueprints, and stakeholder workshops, I identified and resolved friction points in check-in, concierge, and in-room services. I also collaborated with government and law enforcement agencies to design invisible security protocols for VIP guests and state visits — ensuring that even the most complex operations remained seamless and discreet. I incorporate generative AI (including in-house tools and Google AI) to accelerate research and ideation and apply data visualisation, accessibility standards, and heuristic evaluation across every design layer. Whether facilitating co-creation workshops, aligning Agile teams, or advocating for UX maturity within organisations, I use each tool and method with intent—bringing strategy, insight, and craft together in every project.
